Sales of Services
All sales of services are subject to Soverex’s standard terms and conditions of sale.

Event registration fees are refundable, less a $25 processing fee, if your cancellation is received five full business days before the event. If you fail to attend without notifying Soverex in advance, the registration fee will not be refunded. You may send a substitute attendee if you cannot attend. Other purchases are refundable, less a fee, according to the product description.

All sales of materials and access to premium content are final.

Subscriptions to premium content may be cancelled at any time. Payment for the current period will not be refunded or prorated if the subscription period is less than 3 months, but subsequent periods will be cancelled.

Indemnity
You agree to defend, indemnify Soverex from and against any claims, losses, damages, costs, expenses, liabilities and settlements including without limitation, reasonable legal and accounting fees, resulting from, or alleged to result from any breach by you of any provision of these terms and conditions.

Severability
Any provision found to be unlawful and/or unenforceable by any court will be severed from this agreement and the remainder of this agreement will continue in effect.

Entire agreement
These terms and conditions constitute the entire agreement between you and Soverex in relation to your use of this website, and supersede all previous agreements in respect of your use of the Site.

Governing Law
These terms and conditions will be governed in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas. Any dispute relating to this Agreement shall be resolved solely in the state or federal courts located in Austin, Texas.
