Tonja O’Neill, Principal of Soverex, Inc., is and has been active in the Austin community.community

Tonja started a new business networking group in 2013, called Ladies Who Launch (LWL). This group is for “working” Moms with young children who are finally gaining enough independence to allow these Moms to re-focus and re-energize their careers, completely change careers, and launch brand new businesses. The group provides support, ideas, encouragement, and accountability that makes getting back to work easy, exciting, and vastly productive.

Tonja most recently joined the BNI Capital City Closers business networking group. The group is all about supporting members’ businesses through quality referrals and getting to know each other on a deeper level than a typical networking group.

Tonja is a Licensed Practitioner for the Myers-Briggs (MBTI) Type Indicator and has worked with numerous corporate teams in the Austin (and Houston) areas to improve leadership and teamwork through understanding perceptions and preferences in behavior and decision-making.
